Hornsey Steels profiles are easy to fix and should be secured using self drilling Tex screws through the troughs, and stiching screws on the overlaps. A full range of Tex screws and accessories including trims, fixings, and contour fillers, GRP translucent roof lights are available on request.
Flashings are fitted using stitching screws where sheets and flashings touch. Tile effect sheets are fitted the same as normal roofing sheets except they must be fitted from left to right. Rooflights are fitted the same as normal roofing sheets using the same fixings except they must be pre drilled to allow for expansion and contraction. |
